Reference Hunt

I’m looking for books about the 17th century, depiction of cities, ports, smalls towns, ships, fishing boats and the Spanish Armada. Any recommendations?

Just don’t say Pirates of the Caribbean, I already got it down for reference (it would be nice to have the art book, but I dont have $100+ to spend on a book)

So are there any animators out there on Tumblr? I’m still doing baby steps on animation, but I’d love to network and follow other animators and learn something from their work. I’ve been searching but havent been so lucky.
